We also offer twice-weekly service with a discount, and monthly service options. Large properties (over 1/4 acre) have a 20% surcharge applied to the standard rates.

For yards that haven't been cleaned in 2-3 weeks, the fee ranges from $35-$78. For 1-2 months without cleaning, expect $60-$88, and for yards neglected for 2+ months, the fee is $120.
